Our Talent Advisor is accountable for:
Managing MPP Talent in the Lee County, AL and supporting the greater the sub pool as they call in
Establishing a greater scope of all talent in the county as needed to support the account
Collaborate with recruiting and onboarding team and the client of MPP subs roles available in the district
Handling all the attendance, incidents, and workers' comp for all subs
Facing the district, including being on-site, attending meetings, etc.
Supporting the account in any way needed, including, leading annual certification training, assisting other departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized, efficient at multi-tasking, and strong follow-through skills required; candidates must be able to see projects through from start to completion.
Self-motivated with keen sense of prioritization, time management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
Seeking minimum of 2+ years of Education, Staffing, Human Resources, Talent Management, and/or related area of expertise.
Special Education and IEP knowledge preferred. Ability to travel within 2 hour radius from Auburn, AL as needed for client meetings. Must have ability to visit client sites daily. US drivers license in good standing required.
