We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at The Villages at Symmes Crossing  in Cincinnati, OH. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Need from you:

• HVAC/EPA Certification Preferred 
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Valid Driver's License
• Fulfilling work orders/maintenance requests
