We’re currently seeking a Clinical Admissions Director – Hospital Liaison (focusedon Referral Management) to join our extraordinary team.* Are you energized by the fast-pace and complexities of patient review? The Clinical Admissions Director plays a vital role in leveraging existing relationshipsto generate referrals for their assigned center. Instead of focusing solely on acquiringreferrals, the emphasis is now on collaborating with the entire team to ensuresuccessful conversions. This role requires a passion for handling complex patientreviews and effectively managing hospital systems by integrating the systems at alllevels of the organization. The primary goal is to build a track record of success byleveraging existing relationships and uncovering and exploring new opportunities togenerate a consistent pathway for referrals, streamlining the referral process, andoptimizing conversion outcomes in order to better achieve clinical and reputationalexcellence within the center they represent.The role of the Clinical Admissions Director reflects a meaningful shift towardsadmissions collaboration, clinical excellence, and a strategic approach to referralswhile maintaining a strong focus on relationships and communication.Here’s a brief overview of the responsibilities and core impact this role willmake:* Referral Generation & Management* Collaborative Relationship Building* Strategic Business Development

Five to seven years of recent acute care, post-acute care or long-term care experience is required. Experience in business/development preferred. Prior experience in utilization review or discharge planning preferred. Other Info
