Job Overview

We are seeking a wildly curious Creative Strategist to join our team. You’re a thought leader with a strong point-of-view, who clearly delivers information to drive innovation and inspire our greatest ideas. You know how to unearth cultural truths and turn them into opportunities for brands to connect with people. You don’t just make decks, you use presentations to tell brand stories that excite partners and help them see their business in new ways. Job Responsibilities

• Independently steward large-scale, integrated programs and projects 
• Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to create and execute projects 
• Leads clients, partners, and team members in development of a master plan that results in an integrated and successful execution
• Concept breakthrough creative ideas that capture attention, call to action and effectively payoff brand and business objectives
• Develop creative deliverables that uphold strategic narratives (including but not limited to: digital, social and brand presentations) 
• Ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with appropriate team members 
• Facilitate brainstorms to inspire big ideas that respect brand realities 
• Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations 
• Write clear, yet inspiring briefs that give creative teams the tools and information to create work moves the business for clients
• Ability to write and design strategic/creative presentations that clearly and powerfully convey our point-of-view. 
• Arm creative teams with a sophisticated understanding of how we build brand experiences, highlighting unique benefits or strengths of a brand or product to connect with attendees. 

Key Qualifications 

• 5-7+ years experience in a Creative Agency Role Preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams/employees
• Strong communication skills, a gifted writer and comfortable presenting and leading meetings with mid to high level clients and colleagues 
• Ability to manage multiple work streams seamlessly and independently
• Demonstrated expertise in social, digital and experiential planning
• Experience with Tech, Entertainment, CPG, Electronics and/or Sporting brands, preferred 
• Analytics experience, preferred
• Proven track-record of launching culture-first or culture-shifting brand work 
• Strong communication skills, a gifted writer and comfortable presenting and leading meetings with mid to high level clients and colleagues 
• Ability to manage multiple work streams seamlessly and independently

Pay Range : $100-140K per year
