Job Description

Looking for a RDA/experienced DA to join our multi-specialty practice office. Looking for someone positive, self-motivated, energetic, multi-task, organized, professional, a team player, and excellent patient care to join our team.

Qualities desired:

• Professional conduct, team player, and strong organizational skills with emphasis on customer service.
• Reliable and gracious with good verbal and written communication skills.
• EXTRA PLUS if you have experience with front desk dental procedures including scheduling, telephone etiquette, collecting payments, and insurance processing. If you desire and are motivated, we can train for front desk duties.

Job Duties:

• Assist doctor in restorative, implant, laser surgery, gum surgery, and extraction ( We are willing to train but if experience, extra PLUS).
• Understanding of OSHA and patient care.
• Maintain/note-taking of proper documentation of patient records.
• Experience taking digital radiograph.
• Working knowledge of Dental software like Dentrix, paperless is an extra plus.
• Requirements: We are looking for a self-motivated and hard-working individual who is eager for knowledge, motivated, a team player, and wants to progress in dentistry.
• Provide Oral Hygiene instruction.
• stock supplies, clean and maintain dental equipment as needed.
• Provide excellent patient care, "we treat our patients like family".
• Punctual and dependable.
• If you have experience or willing to be cross-train to front desk, this is an extra plus.

If you have these qualities for working in a dental office, we're willing to train you to fit our multispecialty practice. Your pay will be determined by experience. We are looking for someone to be part of our practice long-term and willing to train to fit a dental practice. 

Job Types: Part-time.
Pay: $23-27 per hour, based on experience. RDA with experience in advance restorative dentistry is an extra plus.

COVID-19 considerations:
Our practice has one of the highest safety features with constant sanitizing between all patients, use of all recommended PPE, Hepa filters throughout, equipment with aerosol capturing HEPA filter, and more.

Practice specializes in treatment periodontal disease, cosmetic gum surgeries (gum graft, rectify "gummy smile"), atraumatic extraction, bone regeneration, and implant dentistry.
