Job Title: Housekeeper/Nanny for a Family in Park Slope

Location: Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12 PM to 6 PM (flexible) - can add more hours if needed
Salary: $35-$40/hour

About Us:

We are a warm and welcoming family in Park Slope, Brooklyn, seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper/Nanny to help keep our home organized and provide care for our two children, aged 8 and 11. Our home is a spacious 3,200 sq ft, single-floor apartment with four bedrooms, where we strive to create a nurturing and structured environment for our kids.

What We’re Looking For:

• Local Experience: Experience working in Park Slope or similar neighborhoods is a plus, as we value familiarity with the area and its unique community.

• Comfort with Children: We need someone who enjoys working with children, particularly those in the 8 to 11-year-old age range. Your warmth, patience, and engaging personality will be essential in helping our kids thrive.

• Household Management: You will be responsible for a variety of household tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and tidying our home. We value reliability, organization, and a proactive approach to maintaining our living space.

• Flexibility: We’re looking for someone who is adaptable and comfortable handling a range of responsibilities. Whether it’s managing the children’s schedules, driving them to activities, or adjusting to changes in our routine, flexibility is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping: Manage daily cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and organizing. We value a tidy and well-kept home.

• Driving: Occasionally drive the children to activities or run errands as needed. A valid driver’s license and comfort with driving in the city are essential.
