Summary Posted: Nov 15, 2023 Weekly Hours: 40 Role Number: 200519696 Apple's Instructional Products group is looking for an experienced people manager with outstanding design and project management skills to lead a team of human interface designers in a fast-paced environment within Software Engineering. The Human Interface (HI) Design Manager is responsible for helping to define the user interface and user experience of our instructional deliverables, including user guides and Tips on device and the web. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications - 5-10 years experience in UX design
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and our software platforms
- Mastery of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other software for creating user interfaces and rapid user experience comps and prototypes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management experience: attention to detail, planning, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management
Experience balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting aggressive timelines with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results

Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits - At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $183,400 and $316,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
