Our company is seeking a dedicated HVAC Residential Comfort Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with the HVAC Manager to achieve sales KPIs and meet departmental budget and production goals. The successful candidate will engage with customers to understand their needs and offer the best services and equipment solutions. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, offering evaluations and quotes, supporting field technicians, and managing post-sale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Convert sales leads into sold work maintaining a 30% loss rate and a $5,000 average sale
• Interpret the service technician recommendations and perform additional inspections to best understand the nature of the issue and to educate the customer on their home repair needs
• Develop multiple service options to meet the long-term home repair needs of the client
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Educate the customer on financing options
• Collect client information and maintain accurate interaction notes
• Participate in all required company trainings and meetings
• Travel to customer homes
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Work Experience : Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver’s license
• Computer Skills: Customer relationship management (CRM) software, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office knowledge including Outlook and Excel.
• Organization Skills: High attention to detail is a must. Must be able to quickly and efficiently communicate updates with accurate records to the sales team
• Communication Skills: Communicate with customers daily professionally and ethically when representing the company. Interactions can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.

• Physical Environment: The associate may work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures. The associate may climb/descend steps and ladders. The associate will travel in between homes and may work outside, in tight confines, basements, and crawl spaces. The work environment characteristics described here represent those an associate may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.

• Work Experience : Previous HVAC install or service experience
• Licenses and Certifications: EPA Universal 
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of Service Titan software
