Job Description:
As a Success Coach you will play a key role in transforming lives by providing coaching guidance and mentorship to individuals seeking to enhance their leadership skills. This is a remote selfemployment opportunity that offers flexibility and the chance to work with a global team of likeminded professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate enquiries and identify potential clients who would benefit from leadership coaching.
• Develop and nurture a team of motivated individuals guiding them on their coaching journey.
• Create and place targeted ads to expand the reach and impact of our coaching services.
• Attend global team trainings to stay updated on coaching best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leadership coaching or relevant fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members effectively.
• Strong selfmotivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• A passion for personal development and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Familiarity with modern coaching techniques and tools.
