Job Overview:
As a Live Chat Agent at Stratejic Relationships, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via our website's chat feature. Your role will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience, all while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat.
• Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer concerns.
• Assist with product information, technical support, and order tracking.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
