• Accompany auto sales customers on test drives that you arrange
• Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales
• Field inquiries about new car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options
• Present potential customers with new car options while specifying their characteristics, details, features, and competitive differentiators to deliver a positive sales experience
• Complete auto sales reports for presentation to the sales management team

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in auto sales, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs are required
• Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are vital
• Must have an interest and knowledge of new car features, auto sales trends, car dealerships’ processes, financing options, and sales management
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus
• Stellar customer service skills, communication skills, and a high commitment to customer satisfaction is necessary
