Dean’s Professional Services is now hiring a qualified  Custodian  to work for a Hospital Facility  in Jackson, TN. – Part-Time Position

A  Custodian is responsible for keeping buildings clean, orderly, and safe by performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Job Duties :

• Clean interior and exterior buildings
• Clean interior classrooms, and halls, vacuuming & sweeping floors
• Emptying trash 
• Vacuuming and dusting offices as needed. 
• Cleaning vending and eating areas as needed. 
• Cleaning microwaves & cleaning tables.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent – Required  
• Must be able to communicate effectively and follow instructions and directions. 
• Must have a professional attitude and work well with others. 
• Must know how to use chemicals safely and maintain a safe working environment. 
• Must be able to climb ladders, and stairs, bend, stoop, twist, and knee lift to 50 pounds. 
• Do repetitive movements and tasks.

Job Details:

• Schedule: M- F 7:00 am – 12:00 pm 
• Starting at $15/hr. (based on experience) + benefits.
• Full benefits – healthcare, dental, vision, 401k program.
