Job Description

Our client, a well-established clinic that specializes in Regenerative Medicine, is hiring a  Patient Advocate/Sales Representative to support their front office! This is a contract to hire position that offers monthly bonus incentives ranging from $500-$1500 based on new patient generation and allows you to work for a company where patients travel from all across the globe to receive their state-of-the-art procedures!

Position:  Patient Advocate/Sales Representative

Pay Rate:  $21 - $24/hr depending on experience

Hours:  Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm (8-hour shifts between this time frame)

Day to Day : 

• First point of contact for potential new patients
• Answer questions and educate potential patients on Company's state-of-the-art stem cell procedures (process and costs)
• Multitask while tackling several tasks and follow ups to completion
• Maintain CRM system with great detail and accuracy; data integrity is vital
• Manage and meet sales objectives and quantitative goals
• Schedule prospects for visits/procedures
• Collaborate with cell center staff and clinic staff as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in HC OR
• 3+ years sales experience OR
• Combination of sales and HC experience
• Call center of HC call center experience is VERY helpful
• Ability to learn new medical terminology and explain medical procedures to patients and other associates
• MA, CNA, or PTA degree preferred
• Medical sales experience preferred
