In collaboration with HRBP Lead building of transparent and understandable HR Processes and Policies (onboarding, team “health” check, proactive retention, learning and development, performance management, off-boarding);
Analysis of employee engagement and development of solutions to increase the level of engagement;
Resolution of conflict situations together with HRBP Lead and Team Leads;
5+ years of experience as HR Partner/HR Manager/HRBP in an IT company;
Good understanding and experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal);
Proven track record of positively influencing leadership at various levels and their teams;
Advanced data analysis skills to define problems or substantiate your suggestions;
Ability to think and act in terms of business needs;
Result-oriented approach;
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to consult managers and employees to get them through various situations;
At least Upper-intermediate level of English.
