Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work closely with business and technology leaders. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to align priorities and drive delivery excellence.
- Remove impediments to team progress and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, creativity, and innovation.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to Agile values and guiding teams towards high performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and across different time zones.
- Agile coaching certification (e.g., CSM, CSP, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
