About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Scrum Master to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will step into a leadership position, collaborating closely with our leadership team and guiding Agile practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to effectively navigate and resolve challenges.
- Work closely with leadership to align project goals with business objectives.
- Coach and mentor team members in Agile practices and principles.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with teams and leadership.
- Experience in Agile coaching is a plus, but not required.
- No specific technical background required; however, familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
