• Overview:
• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Solar Consultant to join our team. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and want a company to call their home!

• Duties:
• Conduct thorough assessments of customers' energy needs and provide tailored solar energy solutions
• Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available
• Generate leads through various channels, including door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking events
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and incentives to effectively communicate with customers and price systems correctly.

• Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the solar industry
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for lead management and tracking
• Knowledge of solar sales techniques and market trends
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and concise manner
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Growth path/Additional Incentives

• If you grow a team and you and your team (your recruits) or you yourself close 100kW+ for two months in a row you get a $70k Yearly Growth Incentive + Commissions and Overrides.
• $5,800 Per Month
• If you and your team or you yourself close 200kW+ for two months you get a $130k Yearly Growth Incentive + Commissions and Overrides which is our way to help you grow for helping us grow! 10,833 Per Month

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
